Core Responsibilities:
1. Counseling Management
- Counseling sessions for students aspiring to study abroad.
- Supervise and guide daily student counseling activities for destinations like Australia, the UK, Canada, the USA, and Europe.
- Ensure counselors provide accurate information about courses, universities, visa procedures, and admission requirements.
2. Team Supervision & Training
- Attend all Zoom meetings, training sessions, and continuously improve product and university knowledge.
- Manage and support the counseling and documentation teams.
- Conduct regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and performance reviews.
3. University Coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and institutions.
- Maintain communication with partner universities and colleges.
- Handle application escalations, agent updates, and partnership compliance.
4. Follow-up & Lead Management
- Follow up with potential students to ensure smooth communication and admission support.
- Monitor student inquiries, follow-up calls, and conversion rates.
- Implement systems to ensure timely follow-up and student satisfaction.
5. Process & Workflow Optimization
- Streamline operational processes for counseling, admission, and visa filing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with immigration regulations.
6. Meetings & Reporting
- Attend Zoom or in-person meetings with team members, university representatives, and management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance, leads, and success rates.
7. Client Relationship & Support
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
- Resolve complaints and provide quick support to ensure a positive client experience.
8. Event & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team for education expos, seminars, and social media campaigns.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotional events and lead data collection.
9. Quality Assurance
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of student data and applications.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with internal policies.
10. Strategic Contribution
- Work closely with management to develop growth strategies, partnerships, and market expansion plans.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve student experience and business efficiency.

🎓 Minimum Experience Required:
At least 4 years of proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Have worked as a branch manager or branch assistant manager for at least one year
- Study Abroad Consultancy / Student Counseling
- Job experience at least three Study Abroad Consultancy
- Education Agency Operations
- Visa Processing or Admission Handling
- Business Administration / Office Management
- Customer Relations & Lead Management
